Repair Policy

I will repair any of my pieces. Prices are dependent on the severity of the damage and difficulty to repair.

I will also repair pieces that are not my own work if the original artist is unavailable.

Submitting a repair request

1. Take pictures of the damage and email the pictures to jambearglass@outlook.com

2. Within 24 hours you will receive a response with an estimate cost to fix and instructions on where to send your glass.

3. Clean your glass. The glass must be perfectly clean for me to work on. Clean with 99% isopropyl alcohol and salt or commercial bong cleaner. If it’s not perfectly clean any residue may stain the glass when heated in the kiln.

4. Send me your glass or drop it off at the studio

5. Your glass will be repaired and returned looking good as new 1-2 weeks later

Note: If ever you want to add a little something like an opal or a bite in your donut. During a repair is a good time to do it.
