Shipping Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are made to order and usally ship within 2-4 weeks depending on the size of the order.

I ship anywhere in North/South America, Europe, Australia

Quality Guarantee

All pieces are photographed before shipping so you see exactly what you’re getting and that it is in perfect condition. All pieces are individually bubble wrapped and double boxed. Shipping pieces in this way I have yet to see a piece arrive broken.

Note: I treat every piece I make like it’s the last piece I’ll ever make so if it ever is then I’ll be happy. Even the simple pieces. I wont ship a piece if I don’t feel that way so I’ve never received a complaint about any of my work.

Shipping Guarantee

If a piece were to arrive cracked due to my error and not that of the shipping company simply send me a pic within 24hr and I will repair the damage free of charge.

All shipments are insured for 50%. If the shipping company damages a piece beyond repair then that insurance will pay for a replacement. Note: this has never happened and with the way I package the glass a damaged box is unlikely to damage the pieces inside.

Returns

All sales are final. That being said I want all customers to be happy so I will work things out on a case by case basis.
